Look To Integrity For Integrity
Say hello to Regina Rio, one of the brightest lights at Integrity Funding in San Marcos.
She’s been in real estate for 22 years after working in the banking industry for a number of years, working with loan services, dealing with lenders, customer service, a broad range of experience that assures you of dealing with a professional that can cut through the red tape and make things happen for your benefit.
She’s done most everything in the world of finance; financing, refinancing, working with people from all walks of life, all economic circumstances.
She joined John Puhek’s brilliantly successful real estate and financial firm at the first of the year and has quickly established herself as one of the top professionals, not just in the office but in all of North San Diego county.
“Jacke Celaya, (Vice President of Integrity Funding) was a friend for years. She introduced me to John Puhek and I jumped at the chance to join such a great organization. I’m working in loan origination so hope to help a great many people who are looking for financing.”
Regina has been a resident of San Marcos for 10 years, and is the proud mom of a 16 year old daughter, who attends Mission Hills.
She’s already gotten involved with the community . . . had a great time attending the Kiwanis Zydeco dance at The Barn earlier this year and was involved with her daughter and Pop Warner as well.
She is a Member of NNA (National Notary Association) a commissioned, bonded, and insured Mobile Notary Public for over 10 yrs. She often will do mortgage document signings as a notary.
“I’m very knowledgeable about walking you through it and answering any questions you might have. “We know a lot of people are out there and want to acquire real estate or move up but they dont’ know how it works . . . that’s where I come in. I can not only explain it to you but can walk you through it.”
You can still hear a trace of a ‘back east’ accent with Regina. Not surprising seeing as how she grewup in the Bronx and then attended Nassau Community College in Long Island.
She followed her brother to Southern California and he is also her reason for settling in San Marcos where he owns Bighorn Construction.
She owns a condominium in San Marcos near Mission Hill High School and not only loves the area but knows it well.
You really should take the time to get to know Regina Rio with Integrity Funding. She can make life so much easier for you when financing real estate. Call her at 591-7476.
